Readiness to Enter Target Markets

Through a questionnaire, online meetings, and information provided by the client, an analysis will be conducted, based on which the program will be subsequently customized.

Client Obligations: a completed questionnaire, existing product and service presentations, and participation in two online meetings to allow us to customize the content of the subsequent program;
Optional: the client provides existing export and/or marketing strategies, communication strategies, and sales strategies;

Personal Guidance and Online Coaching Sessions

Dive deeper into each channel with live coaching sessions. Get insider tips, best practices, and real-time feedback to refine your approach and maximize your impact. Based on the information obtained in the previous phase, a presentation of suitable types of channels and any related business and partnership models will follow. Additionally, any requirements or expectations of individual channels will also be presented. This will save you several months of research into possible types of marketing-sales channels and business models.

Several pre-arranged online meetings will be organized, each covering and discussing 3-5 types of channels. The anticipated duration of each online meeting will be 1.5-2 hours. The expected number of meetings is between 10 and 15.

Ask Me Anything

Have burning questions or need clarification? In addition to presentations and consultations regarding individual types of channels, two additional meetings will be organized where you can ask me anything related to entering foreign markets through various marketing-sales channels.

Meetings lasting 1-2 hours will be scheduled in agreement with the client. It is recommended that the client sends questions in advance.

Preferred Channel Mix with Recommendations

Based on information from previous phases and the final selection of preferred markets, target audiences, and types of channels, final recommendations will be prepared in written form. In addition to individual recommended channels, the recommendations will also cover possible business and partnership models, suggestions for improving presentation materials for different markets, target audiences, and types of channels, as well as recommendations regarding possible additional functionalities and integrations of individual digital solutions.

Final Questions and Answers

The final online consultation pertains to the recommended channel mix and questions regarding the concluding recommendations.
